Instructions:

Photoshop: Double-click on the ABR file to install the brush presets. Default sizes are set for accuracy at 600ppi.

Clip Studio: In the sub tool menu, import each SUT as a sub tool, then drag it to your preferred sub tool menu. Default sizes are set for accuracy at 600ppi.

Procreate: Download the BRUSHSET to your iPad, then import via the Procreate menu. Because Procreate’s default sizes are weird, set a brush snap preset for each brush at what you feel is accurate. If needed, use the Halftone Hospital Digital Sizing Reference as a resource; it can provide a pretty accurate scale.
